Quality – ISO 9001:2015 Environmental – ISO 14001:2015

External audits are performed every 6 months to ensure the company’s continued

compliance and improvement. Furthermore, many of our projects are subject to random auditing from our clients. If further evidence is required relating to these audits, please request.

Specbuilt Constructions holds the following insurances for our government projects; Public Liability Insurance - $50 Million

Professional Indemnity Insurance - $5 Million

Workers Compensation Insurance – As required by Legislation

STAFF AND CONTRACTORS

Specbuilt Constructions undergoes a very vigorous process when hiring staff to work within the organisation.  All our staff at present has experience with government projects and the nature of projects, documentation and quality required to perform these projects.

The same principals apply with our sub contractors.  Specbuilt has an array of contractors which can be contracted to complete projects.  Furthermore, having numerous contractors assists during tender time and achieving the best possible package that Specbuilt can offer at any given time.

It is through strong relationships with its staff and contractors that assists Specbuilt in successfully delivering projects.
